The Drop BMR1s desktop speakers have been shown offers the brand’s latest tech solution for the workstation that aims to deliver unparalleled audio performance. The speakers are crafted with balanced mode radiators (BMR; hence the name) over the conventional conical drivers, which are rated to deliver a wider frequency response. The speakers can also be connected to a subwoofer to further enhance the low end capability of the audio equipment.
The Drop BMR1s desktop speakers are capable of being positioned either horizontally or vertically to suit preferences and are priced at $129. This position them well against high-cost competitor products to support cost-conscious audiophiles. The speakers are available now for preorder and are expected to start arriving in late-February or early into March 2023.
